Instructions
Combine the milk, ice cream scoops, and pumpkin pie slice (reserving a few pieces of crust for topping) in a blender. Process until almost smooth with some texture.
Transfer to a large glass and top with whipped cream and crumbled pie crust pieces. Serve immediately.
Tips for Success:
Feel free to use whatever leftover pie you have on hand. I used a delicious, caramel pumpkin pie from this cookbook!
