Well, we all knew that this day had to come sooner than later…and with the weekend approaching, there is no better time for it. I’ve got everything bagels on my mind (still haven’t found a good bagel place in Chicago quite yet–if you know of one, please, please tell me!). In fact, I’m currently working on fun new recipe using my favorite spice blend that I hope to share with you in the coming weeks ahead!
I’ve waxed poetic about my love for everything-bagels once before, so I’ll refrain from doing it again. I adore everything bagels! I’ve seen the everything bagel goat cheese log before, but I have yet to make it. It would be great for a party! I personally want to try the foccacia bread, I bet that would be an awesome lunch bread!
